Perform Clickable Actions on Knobs

Hi,

 

I'm trying to set course pointer in MiG-21 KSI through a ME trigger as follows:

X: COCKPIT PERFORM CLICKABLE ACTION
COCKPIT DEVICE: 23
COMMAND: 3144
VALUE: 0.4

The problem is the pointer can't move cause the knob spins instantly when it should spin slowly.

 

How can I address his issue?
