Can I go online as non-privileged PC user?

Quick question:

I am not able to run HyperLobby as a regular user. I have to be admin in order to start/run it properly. When I use option "RUN AS" it starts but I don't have plane controls once in a cockpit.

 

Is there any way for non-privileged user to use HyperLobby. I am trying to reduce PC usage while logged in as admin.
