ATZ-60 static vehicules damage modeling

This was tested at the Novorossiysk and Gelendzhik airfield:

The ATZ-60 fuel truck static vehicules at those 2 airfield are hard to destroy

with a ground vehicules (BMP-2) or an aircraft loaded with S-8 rockets

but can be destroyed with S-24b rockets.
