Question: move switches in .LUA

Hello,

 

I would like to move a switch in the cockpit from .LUA file. For example X:COCKPIT PERFORM CLICKABLE ACTION (3,3001,1,"") in the ME.

 

Can it be done? If yes what is the syntax?

 

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I could not find the answer anywhere.
