Hello,

I haven't seen this reported, nor am I sure it's a bug.

When flying below 5000', switching between altitude hold modes (BALT & RALT) will cause the nose to pitch down violently, with some pretty heavy G forces. At higher speeds, this causes a momentary blackout.

In RALT mode the A/C is following the terrains rise and fall that is reason for the pitch up and down. That is what it's designed to do. Work pretty well when flying low at lower speeds. But when engaged you must keep an eye on it, because it will disengage during high or low pitch moves.
