"Record AVI" results in error

I used the CTRL+R to do a Quickstart mission as a test since I am new to this. Then afterwards I opened the saved track file and clicked on "Record AVI" so it would be a usable format and I got this error:

Click on OK to terminate the program

Click on CANCEL to debug the program
