Objects show or don't

Hi

 

I am working on a mission and I have places a few objects like Balloons and ground targets in the mountains behind Batumi.

 

Sometimes when I fly there, the targets would show up, sometimes not. The recently added balloon do no show at all. I am unable to define a rope large than 600ft

 

Any idea why this is happening?
