All controller disconnected then reconnects

When flying on autopilot for a couple minutes, I get a windows sound of USB device disconnection then reconnection.. controllers still works after except my MS Sidewinder FFB 2 has no more feedback or centering force after...

 

Currently have these controller connected

MS FFB2, HOTAS Cougar with pedals, Saitek throttle quadrant, xBox 1 controller for windows.

Also worth saying, I’m running in VR using oculus CV1
