adjusting TM TWCS throttle

Hey there,

 

Im' having trouble adjusting my throttle sensitivity so it would work in a linear way. at the moment it works in a 0/1 (either fully open or fully closed). i cant seem to find how to change that.

 

im using TARGET by TM to build the game profile and not the game settings (some of the buttons on the HOTAS just not working in the game settings)
