Wingman comms

Hi

 

I hope to get some adjustment to the comms with the AI wingmen.

- say fuel state, if i am on a mission it sux if the AI all of a sudden do have bingo

- weapons hold / weapons free, cause there are moment when the should not shoot at all that moves
