Crash at the OK press in axis tune panel (user curve)

Steps:

- Flew F18C lot 20 *in multiplayer*

- AP on

- Adjust controls window opened *in multiplayer*

- F18 Sim axis commands opened

- Thrust axis tune panel opened

- The existing user curve modified

- MULTIPLAYER SERVER CONNECTION LOST (SIMULTANEOUSLY FOR MANY OF US, not sceduled server restart was, server is ours)

- Thrust axis tune panel left opened *above main screen*

- The existing user curve modified

- Press OK

- CRASH
