Anyone having this problem ?

I posted over in the PG map bugs, it only seems to happen there.

 

I get horizontal lines (green) tracking with my head over water. It captures in the screenshots too and I have stolen the wife's rift (we both have one) and it does the same thing on hers.

 

To my knowledge, I have not seen these on any other map thus far.

 

Only happens over the water, don't seem to have it over land.

 

The screenshots show it as pretty weak but in the rift, they are very prominent
