Track IR + HOTAS Unplugged Issue

Happens everytime I hop into DCS, ever since the beggining of 2.5.

 

Don't know what to do. I fly for a few minutes, and than the message pops up "Tracking device (or something like that) + HOTAS unplugged.

 

Never had this issue with DCS before, but it has become common ever since 2.5 launched.

 

After 1 or 2 seconds, they both come back, and work normaly, but it's a mess, since it messes up with the Track IR centering and is a major issue in dogfights.

 

My equipment isn't faulty by any means, as both the Track IR and HOTAS work absolutely fine in Other sims. (Such as IL2 BoS, CloD and Falcon BMS)

 

What can I do to solve the issue?
