NTDLL.DLL Error

[Squid23]

Sometimes when i exit FC1.12 i get this error,

 

Faulting Application LockOn.exe, Version 1.1.2.0 Faulting Module NTDLL.DLL

Version 5.1.2600.2180,Fault Address 0x000011e58

 

Has anybody else experienced this behavior?

(This happened to me, so i formatted and it still seems to be happening!)
