I reinstalled DCS from scratch

 

After a delete and reinstall of DCS Open Beta totally vanilla and only the Huey module installed my DCS seems to be running very well on the DDCS Caucasus server.

The only mod running on the previous install was Tacview 1.7.1 along with 12 DCS aircraft.
