BrzI Posted July 29, 2018 Posted July 29, 2018 I am running Windows 10 Pro version 1709. My x52 needs calibrating. If I run C:\Windows\SysWOW64\joy.cpl I can see the calibrate option and it does calibrate the joystick. The problem is that this calibration is not the default. It seems the system wants (and listens to) only to C:\Windows\System32\joy.cpl - which has no calibration option Does anybody know how to make the OS obey C:\Windows\SysWOW64\joy.cpl ? Thanks
oxking Posted August 5, 2020 Posted August 5, 2020 My Control panel on my Windows 10 Machine stopped working quite a while ago.The Link from the tray icon didn't done anything, and when i opened up my joy.cpl manually it showed just a few buttons under the Hotas entry, none of them worked.I was unable to setup my MFD or Calibrate the Axis etc.I've found other joy.cpl copies at my harddrive, but they didn't worked either. Now i just downloaded the joy.cpl from https://www.exefiles.com/de/cpl/joy-cpl/ copied it into my windows/system32 folder and it all works again! Also: Driver / Hardware Version 7.0.53 still works best for me. I just wanted to leave it here, maybe someone with the same problem can find it through google and can get helped this way. I am really happy right now. :) Greetings, OxKing from Germany
