DCS World Open Beta load problem

I just loaded the DCS World Open Beta last night and when I opened the game it had a red color to it mostly towards the bottom of the intro screen. Then, when I went into the game it almost appeared to be running in 3D. There were red hughes, and it was very blurry. I checked all the video setting and everything seems to be okay but, nothing has fixed this problem.

 

 

Anyone have any suggestions?

Did you check you graphics card driver settings? The NVIDIA Control Panel for example has settings relating to 3D stereoscopic settings that can, if enabled, cause weird effects.

I did try that and applied the change, but it didn't change anything in DCS. Not sure if, after making those changes, I was supposed to restart my computer.
