Special Afterburner Mode (emergency war power) damage repair issues

If the only damage is the overused special afterburner ground crew will not start repair, altough say copy to request. Engines are not startable: ground crew don't care about it.

If repair is forced (jettisoned canopy) the lifetime for the special afterbruner mode less than the original 10 minutes.
