WmiPrvSE.exe And DCS hang

Sometimes, maybe rarely, when I click on DCS icon, nothing happens.

 

At this step the log file only says these two lines:

2018-09-12 09:37:38.492 INFO DCS: Command line: "C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\bin/DCS.exe"

 

I see that DCS.exe is running on "Processes" tab of Windows Task Manager (nothing on App. tab) but, even after a long time, there will be no any sign about DCS launch or its life. Waiting and waiting. And, if I click on DCS icon again, naturally DCS warns about it can't be run for second time. Then I have to kill the exe and re-click DCS icon. That solves the issue.

Today it happened again and I realized that (on Windows Task Manager/Processes) WmiPrvSE.exe is running with high CPU usage.

 

I searched for WmiPrvSE.exe and read this in a website. It says, "The WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation) Provider Host process allows other applications on your computer to request information about your system. This process shouldn’t normally use many system resources, but it may use a lot of CPU if another process on your system is behaving badly."

 

After that, I killed the WmiPrvSE.exe and at that second DCS has started!

 

Is there anybody experiencing an issue like this?
