Setting independent cameras AFTER making a flight?

Hi,

 

Is it possible to make a flight, record it, then set several independent cameras (some of them still cameras, some of them tracking the plane), and afterwards record all the output from the cameras?

 

I doubt that LockOn can do this but just to be sure... :)
