Load hotas warthog control profiles

I want to use a command profile from Noid, and ive think ive got the "keyboard" and Hotas "thrustmaster virtual game controller". But how do I load the axis sheet? When hitting the assign axis button it isn't coming up any load profile or anything. What am I doing wrong?
