Keep lock in PF11 view after switching views possible?

I have the problem of loosing focus on a jet after moving to another view (e.g. fly-by-view) coming from terrain-view.

 

I usually start with view PF11 (terrain) with lock on a jet (DEL-Key).

When I switch to PF3 and then want to go back to PF11 with the locked plane - the lock is gone.

 

Is there a way to keep the PF11 lock on a jet even after using other views in between?
