Interval Dial has no Key Binding Possible

Would love it, if "Weapon Interval Dial" could have CW and CCW keyboard bindings.

As of this post no keyboard bindings at all.

I called this the "Weapon Interval Dial". I got that from the mouse over popup text. The book calls it "Weapons Sight Mode Selector".
