Help with triggers

Hi guys

 

I am looking advice on the following.

 

How to end the mission on player aircraft shutdown. Doing a transport mission and want it to end when the player shuts down the heli after he rtb’s

 

Also is there a suitable trigger for troops finished loading that I can use a sound or text message?
