Possibly bug - FC3 aircraft for MP Host

In my training mission one of the things I was doing was setting a small zone and broadcasting 2 signals on the FM band. One was on one of the ARK-UD frequencies so Mi-8 pilots could practice homing with ARK-UD and the other was for UH-1H pilots to practice FM homing.

 

Discovered that after that was put in, whoever hosted the mission if they then jumped into any FC3 aircraft and turned on electrical power they would immediately hear that radio transmission even if they were located clear on the other side of the map.
