Clicking REPLAY in main menu crashes

As the title says.... i cannot access the REPLAY option, from the main menu!

It shows me the F18 picture, says its loading....... but it never does!

 

When i finish single player missions and click "leave", screen goes black and freezes up.

Which means i cannot access the replay in the debrief screen either .

 

 

In both cases i can ALT TAB into desktop and quit.
