new field of view and head position in cockpit

Hi there,Folks! I've figured out some view options that I think is more realistic in flight sim and now I feel object as real objects also I feel an altitude,depth and geometry of terrain.

 

to make this options move the head in cockpit right back to the chair Rcntrlshift- /* or +-

than make Point of view over 45-55

but seems ILS doesn't work well
