JTAC not working

Hey guys need a little bit of help here.

 

Been flying a mission I created to do some practice with the JTAC. Everything is set the way it needs to be like weapons hold and making sure the JTAC is prioritizing the right target. I have been flying it fine for about a week and then all of a sudden two things have happened.

 

1. The JTAC talking now has some sort of squelch effect added to it. I don't think this is normal but it definitely sounds muffled than before and it is completely different form the tanker, ATC and the Crew Chief.

 

2. I use Viacom and VA because I use VR and now it won't let me check in. When I pull up the comms menu and select it with the mouse nothing happens either.

 

I've tried restarting and loading a different JTAC and all that. Has anyone experienced this? This only seems to be happening when talking to the JTAC, comms with darkstar, the tower or the tanker are unaffected.
