No Transfer Complete Message and Action in Second Refueling - ED Issue

After Complete First Air to Air Refueling, the Tanker said "Transfer Complete" and Refueling is Ended.

 

But, second try Air to Air Refueling when consumed fuel, The Tanker does NOT said "Transfer Complete" message and still keep on the refueling state even got the maximum fuel already.
