TrackIR external view after reinstall

Hi guys,

 

I format my PC and have reinstalled DCS, however I cant seem to disable trackir in external views. i have unchecked the tick box in the misc menu and it still will not disable it.

 

Before the reinstall it worked perfectly, I had trackir in cockpit and mouse control in external views.

 

I have done some searches and all the replies were mentioning turning off the check box in misc page which Is not fixing my problem.

 

Any ideas on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
