Where is my wingman at Instant Action mission West Georgia - Winter

Hello,

 

I was flying the Instant Action mission West Georgia - Winter and noticed that the wingman was not present, I believe it was a bug, because the mission was perfect so no reason to change. And I also did not read any mention of it in the changelog and updates.
