Inhibited control settings in single player

In the last 2 open beta releases ( 2.5.4.26825 is this last one), only in single player missions, instant action and/or campaigns anything related with the new updates is interfering all the flying key & stick settings. Everything seems to be ok in setting page, but ingame all is a mess. However I have no issues in multiplayer.

 

It has been happening to me from last week release instalation and still remains in this last release.
