Eagle Dynamics always said they wanted to make their game more accessible for more people.

Well if they want people who only have a controller to be able to play their game comfortably then there is 1 feature that is desperately needed : 'relative control' for the thrust axis. What this would mean is that you could use the right thumbstick on the controller for the thrust axis. (if you push it up slightly the amount of thrust will increase slightly, if you pull it down it will decrease the thrust, if you dont touch it the thrust will remain constant.)

It is necessary because the alternative, using buttons to control the thrust, is not precise enough, if you push the increase thrust button for as short as possible it will still increase the thrust by almost 5 percent. Normally this wouldnt matter except for two distinct situations, flying in formation and in air refueling. (another alternative to solve this problem would be to be able to choose the 'sensitivity' of the button and therefore you would be able to have a precise thrust increase button and a normal one).
