[FIXED] Master mode dial sound effect

There is no sound effect on the master mode dial when it is moved using the keyboard commands. Clicking on it gives a sound effect, but there is no sound effect when the keyboard commands are used. This applies both to the commands to turn CW/CCW and the commands for selecting specific positions.

... and it's not the only one missing sounds.

 

Cant remember from the top of my head - but I think either Höjd CI Si or RHM/LD toggle switch was missing a sound atleast when used from the keyboard.
