[Feature Request] Preset Jester Audio Level

Jester's audio seems to be independent of all current audio sliders, which is good, however there is no option to set his audio level aside from getting in game and scrambling for the ICS audio knob, which isn't always an option in tutorials or instant action missions before he speaks. His audio is painfully loud by default, so could we have an option to change his audio level under the "Special" tab in the menu?

One of the very first things I noticed when I first got in the cockpit was how loud Jester was...I then quickly familiarized myself with the ICS volume knob. Lowering it is now atop my startup checklist.
