Can’t enter to my buddy RIO cockpit

We are in the same server, we have the F14, i can select from the rol menu but a sign showing me something like pending acceptance or something like that appears and in my buddy pc show a sign to accept but the button is not working, it’s in grey and can’t be clicked.

 

Suggestions?
