High throttle "percentage" when throttling down (X-56)

This is the best way I can describe it. Regardless of jet (Hornet or Tomcat), when I throttle down completely it only reaches 74% on the status bar. Is there someway to go lower percentage? Do I have to fiddle with the curves? It did the same with my ancient X-45.

Go to Axis Tune for each throttle and set the "Saturation X" to 50% and check the "Slider" box.
