Armament Payload Problem

I'm now making PvP Mission for load to Server.

I want make mission for disallow AIM-9X.

 

I have set airfield full info page,

then I delete all missile.

 

but F/A-18C Hornet still can mount AIM-9X

May I ask solving this problem?

 

I did test this problem on Caucasus too.

It was same situation.
