When to expect arrival of FC CD?

I purchased the CD version of Flaming Cliffs on Monday, August 13 from your E-shop/PROTX and was happy to see the order was processed, sent and updated on my Transactions History within 8 1/2 hours - good work, ED!

 

I am curious to know though, where is the CD is being shipped from, how is it being shipped and when should I expect it to arrive here in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada?
