jalexb88 Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 (edited) I have a weird problem with the latest update: When I set the HUD mode to CRUISE and AA, the pitch ladder does not follow the actual pitch attitude of the airplane. It moves too slowly and the ladder becomes severely misaligned with the actual pitch. This does not happen in the other HUD modes. Edited April 13, 2019 by IronMike
gyrovague Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 I think you're describing the 1:4 pitch compression in HUD A/A and cruise modes, but this has been like that for a very long time (years before initial EA release). Your post makes it sound like a new issue ("with the latest update") though? I tested it in-game now with 29167, it seems fine to me. ____________ Heatblur Simulations [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

Yes I have checked again and indeed its just the scaling in AA and Cruise being different. No issue at all finally, the pitch ladder is correct. It was the rate of movement of the pitch ladder in those 2 modes that was putting me off (slower) but if I compare the HUD with the VDI, there is no error. Apologies and thanks for pointing that out. :)
