[DCS BUG] Iceman menu and loss of control when rejoining as RIO

After crashing out of the RIO pit and trying to rejoin my pilot, controls were unresponsive and I got the following:

 

The problem went away when we got a new bird. Possibly related to https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=234981
