Real seats measurements/sizes

Are there dimensions from a real ejection seats like ones in L-39, A-10, Su-27 etc that people have used making their simpits etc?

 

Planning to own but instead just making own with little testing,I would gladly start with some known angles and measurements.

 

As well searching for the sticks height and distance values, but those I know vary a lot (excluding F-16) as well, but something to give better start...
