External NV IR lights?

Just wonder where (if there are ones) are the IR night vision strobes/external lighting in this hornet's version?...something that makes extremely visible your/others plane when in nigh operations while at the same time is not visible to the naked eye (IR). For instance, look how clear these strobes flash in this video:

 

 

Not sure if these are IR strobes (just posted the video for having an example of what I mean) but is my understanding that there should be some kind of IR external lighting. All the external lights I know at the moment are visible in the naked eye spectrum and thus not suitable for nigh ops.
