I’ve been dipping my toe into Growling Sidewinder’s server recently and I’m curious where to find my individual stats after a multiplayer session. Who I killed and with what (or who killed me!), etc. In single player there is the debrief screen after a mission. Is there something similar for MP?

Yes, but every multiplayer server is different and every multiplayer servers web page/stats page are located differently. I recommend either read the server description in the forums (sometimes that info is in the description) or send a message to the server administrator via the forums.
