Script to join side with chatbox

I've seen a couple of server using a script where you have to type in either "blue" or "red" in the chat to join a side. Anyone know what they're using? have a problem where people go back to spectate and F10 to see enemy locations since i have the map option on Allies only. But in spectate F10 you see both sides.
