Charnwood Briefing first panel in Russian

Has anyone else had the issue of the first Briefing panel being in Russian and not in English?

 

This isn't a super big issue as all the information I need is found throughout the briefing, but it is a bit of an annoyance.

I also noticed this in the standard release of dcs but it's in English in the open beta version. Also the standard version has different slides to scroll through during briefing whereas open beta doesn't have the slides during briefing
