Incomplete/Missing shadows over water when there's no moon.

If you go to any moonless date/time like 6 april 2011 (not sure if no moon or the missing moon bug) the shadows over water from objects and terrain are just blobs, both in 2d and VR. This especially miserable the higher your altitude. Tested on both Caucasus and PG.
