GPS/Map?

Greetings Captains!

 

I am brand new here, been a veteran in Microsoft's Flight Simulator

for over 20 years but I am entirely new to LOMAC.. just tried the demo

actually..

 

Now, my question: I am trying to learn to navigate and I dont know how to work the needle thing properly, I cant find airports or targets or anything (I am still testing the demo).. is there a key that can activate a moving map or gps or anything? How do I find airports/towns etc??
