Vaicom Tanker Call Problem

Greetings! I have 3 tankers in my mission. Arco, Texaco, and Shell. All 3 have separate tacan and separate radio freqs. Whenever I say Texaco or shell, it switches to arco's frequency and calls Arco. If I call Texaco, I expect it to switch to Texaco's frequency and call it. Any ideas as to why this is happening and how to fix it?
