WW2 AI aircraft - Navigation lights

WW2 AI aircrafts turn their navigation lights on from "end of the afternoon up to begining of the morning". Did I miss something ?

 

Otherwise, does it exist a way to have those navigation lights turned off ?

It is not very safe in front area :music_whistling:
